Chashu Ramen was the perfect amount of food. the noodles are bouncy and refreshing and the meat melts in your mouth. will buy again.

My ramen was very bland and not spicy at all. $17 dollars for the baked salmon roll is a bit over priced for the taste. My spicy salmon roll had no flavor and the salmon quality seemed cheap. I have had pretty good experiences with this restaurant so I don't think it's a normal thing for my food to be bland maybe it was just the end of the night food and not as fresh.

Honestly I dont know where to start it's been a while since I've had Chashu Ramen (and not to mention good authentic Japanese ramen) and I might be biased.. the miso was perfectly balanced with spicy and flavor, the chashu blew me away with the potion of pieces and even the vegetables were spot on everything was absolutely perfect and I wish I knew but they actually serve fountain drinks (I know crazy right?) because if you're like me you're used to sodas being in cans from ramen places.. but everything was amazing highly recommend 10/10

Everything lacked flavor, spicy salmon especially. Very little serving in chicken teriyaki. I am not usually one to complain but this was a lot of money for what we got.

FRESHNESS! The best way to describe my bowl. The fish was nice and cold, the veggies were crisp, the rice was so fluffy, and the portions were great! Definitely making this my go-to Poke spot!!
