• 6/16/23although I paid to add bacon to my sandwich, all I could taste was the bacon, the #16 Mike's Chicken Philly was kinda flavorless. the onions and peppers were overcooked and mushy, the chicken was ehh. won't order it again.

• 12/16/25Received this from my employer on Sunday for the first time from San Jose location and it was hittin! Warm, fresh peppers and flavorful and had me question why I hadn't been to Jersey Mikes sooner. Well I thought I'd order the same #56 and what I received wasn't it! Honestly this is basically meat and bread and cheese. That's ridiculous I ordered for the jalapeño pepers none! That's unexceptable! I'm Not impressed at all at my experience in Jax Roosevelt area location. I'm glad the other location made a great first impression to the fact of actually trying this again. However, I can tell they just threw it together and it's supposed to be a hot sub and was received as a cold one when received. Roosevelt is just minutes from my house this was ridiculous. Hope this helps and clarify for efforts need at location.

• 1/10/24Chips were missing. Thought they would be in the bag. My fault for not checking before I left. Sandwich had too much oil and vinegar making it super soggy when I picked it up 15 minutes after I placed the order. It was a bummer because this usually isn't the case.

• 2/14/24This was THE WORST Jerse Mikes sub I have ever had. I had the #9 like always. The bread was weird looking and flat. It was watery andhad very little of everything on the sandwich.
