ordered two tacos and birria fries. one of myntacos had nothing inside..it was all.over the box but not.even food residue on the inside of the taco. The Birria fries were made with frozen crinkle fries. Yuck. I order the red hot salsa and never got it. So disappointed after spending $40+ for nothing.

I was looking forward to trying Taqueria El Vaquero, buwas disappointed this evening in a few ways. First, the photos are stock photos, not ones representing what this restaurant offers. The Burrito Bowl is completely different than what is shown, and is underwhelming. The 2 Street Tacos were simultaneously oily and shockingly flavorless. For $5, the dip portion of the Chips and Queso Dip was small for the price - and very, very thin in consistency despite not being hot. it was like queso flavored warm milk.

I ordered the Carne Asada 3 Street Tacos. The steak could be more tender and a green salsa would be nice. They were a good size with fresh toppings! I'll give them 3.5 out of 5. I will try the birria next time.

Incredible food! This reminds me of the taquerias back home in Southern California. The food is seriously so good. I'm so glad they came to beaver county. The tacos and burritos were my favorite
