• 6/11/24I ordered the upgraded waffle bowl. they did not give me a waffle bowl and instead put waffle pieces in my yogurt. not what I ordered obviously. the NSA NY Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt itself was ok, but definitely can tell it's sugar free. kept tasting like something familiar I've had before but couldn't place it. did not taste like cheesecake at all though. luckily I added cheesecake pieces in it and that was delicious, so was the caramel turtles. overall the portion was big for medium but the yogurt itself felt lacking. but again it's sugar free. so what can you do. I would shop here again if I'm ever in the area.

• 8/12/25Cotton Candy Frozen Yogurt came as more of slushie instead of soft serve or yogurt. It was also way too sweet but at the same time without flavor, like sugary ice. And the Strawberry Milkshake wasn't even a milkshake just strawberries.

• 6/21/22Cookies and cream soft serve did not even remotely taste like cookies and cream - was bland & had the flavor of watered down chocolate. I was expecting the consistency to be at least somewhat smooth and creamy but instead it had the vibes of low fat icecream made with iced milk.

• 2/8/25I ordered from this place twice without any issues but this time I ordered the chocolate frozen yogurt it was spoiled and smelled/tasted sour.
