Best fish and chips in Hamilton for the price and portion size. Their packaging are smart and both the chips and fish are still crisp when it arrived.

I'm going to start this off with I absolutely love hutches they always have great food and great service. Tonight I ordered a double DOUBLE BANQUET and a Poutine
and I'm not happy with either item at all. The banquet Burger is so dry the Patty has no juice or flavor to it at all the poutine soaked through the packaging which wasn't the issue. The fries are under cooked and when I went to go eat one and they're pretty much raw. I am rather disappointed and probably wil not order again from this location.

the sasuge had an old off taste and
a tough rubbery texture like it was put in the microwave too long i couldn't finish eating it and the fish was dry seemed overcooked very disappointing not the hutch's i remember

Completely disappointed. I received reheated food with no flavor and overcooked fries. I expected fresh food, not something that looked like it was from the day before. Money wasted.

tasted great to me, good enough portion as well. I received my food and everything was still fresh .. keep in mind though it's hot which causes the steam to make the fish a bit soggy simply because of how it has to be packaged, I don't mind but I can see someone complaining about that, simple solution .. lol go in person. def would order again!
