The 成都酸辣粉 Spicy & Sour Noodle with Chengdu Special Sauce is too sour and the noodles are too thick. I save the crabmeat soup dumpling with the dumplings sauce I have at home. If not I would have to throw it away. I grew up eating various cuisines. Unfortunately, I really don't know what food this restaurant cooks. Is it Chinese, Thai, or Mongolian food? The only spices I can taste is hot pepper and sour food.
