Lunch #27 Pollo Loco is a great value and ingredients are fresh & well seasoned. Quesadilla 9. Quesadilla was a good size for the cost & seasoned well.

I love El Saltillo-OS and my son and I were so excited when they finally joined DoorDash but I believe they need to realize that things that can become soggy or melt when not necessarily the plan, need to be packaged separately so they can be assembled at home. I ordered a Lunch #16 Taco Salad (meat only), two à la carte taco tacos, two sides of salsa and two orders of cheese dip. The total was $53.00, and both tacos as well as my taco salad taco were so disgustingly soggy that they were not edible. I dug most of the ingredients out mine and had a Mexican salad. My son took the meat out of his tacos and put them in new shells we had in the pantry. Please, El Saltillo, do not assemble something that will be disgusting when he gets to its destination, even if these recipients are only about 1/2 mile away. It really broke my heart that my absolute "go to" restaurant finally made it to DoorDash, yet I was so super disappointed that I ended up eating cereal. I am disabled and have been
for a while due to secondary diagnoses after surviving Leukemia, so I can't just run up there and get them to fix it. That's a whole lot of money for something that was vitally inedible. Do better, El Saltillo!!!

I love this restaurant so much. I've had so many birthdays here. The chicken fajita salad is to die for. so peak 10/10

Pollo Feliz is always so good!Eat it as an entree or make burritos with the tortillas that come with it.
