Well first of all, I could tell that I ordered on "corporate visit day" due to all the flyers and extra napkins and extra packaging than usual, but I'm not mad about it. Everything was perfect and to the letter. Thank you. Excellent food and value.

The picture on their menu shows 7 potato rounds coming out of the packaging and more under the 7 we got 4 potato rounds. Almost $1.00 per potato round that's insane and false advertising.

I ordered sweet tea got unsweetened and it was leaking in the bag.
I called and requested that I get fresh Bo-Tato Rounds® and I not only got cold Bo-Tato Rounds® but they only filled the container half way as seen in the picture.

Everything was good except the chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was over cooked and smaller than the bun.
