This is hands down the best 10" CHEESESTEAK youre gonna get down the shore. All the other places down here add weird crap to their "steak and cheese" but as a lifelong Philadelphian... this is the most authentic. They don't skimp, this thing is packed to the brim and it has the perfect ratio of meat to cheese. The fresh seeded roll makes me feel right at home. If you don't order cooper sharp there's something wrong with you. 10/10 will order again! Birch beer was on point and is the best pairing for this beast of a sandwich.
