I love eating from here. Food is always good! They give you good portion size. Ordered the Shrimp Tempura Roll , good and crunchy. Also got the Yaki Soba (thin wheat noodles) with shrimp,  good flavor. Came in a very well insulated bag to keep food warm. highly appreciated it! Would order here again.

The Japanese Fried Rice with shrimp was terrific. And a good sized portion  - definitely enough to share. And I always love their house salad and miso soup. This place is spendier than some, but worth the $$. I've ordered a number of times from Sumo. Never been disappointed. Consistently great food.

The hibachi portions were less than par, especially for the price. The 3 pieces of cubed steak were bland. The salmon was so overcooked it was inedible. The fried rice was so fishy- it tasted more like fish than the salmon. The vegetables were edible though. All in all- disappointing and a waste of money.

I got the Three Rolls lunch special. Fresh, delicious and filling. The spicy tuna roll is my favorite. Fresh mashed tuna (I don't like when the tuna is cut in chunks) and perfect amount of heat. The California roll could use more crab, but the avocado was generous and great quality. The Shrimp Tempura Roll  could use more flavor but it's still quite good. All around five star food!

The food is always amazing, its pricey you cannot go wrong.  We ordered the filet mignon on door dash for our birthday month.  Honestly my expectations were not high- but it was amazing!  Avacado Salad is a favorite, so is the Unagi (love). The dessert roll is the best.  I never order dessert -  but I cant go here without ordering it.  Its clean, lovely and the food is packaged with care.  No complaints here!
