• 7/11/24Crispy Coconut Shrimp was brought with no lid on the sauce. The sauce then went everywhere and into the caesar salad. It was then over sauced with both caesar and pineapple sauce. It left no sauce for the shrimp. The shrimp was pretty over priced for just 5 of them.

• 9/2/26paid $120 plus for our food and they forgot to add in our French Fries as an $8 plus side and also Minute Maid Lemonade that was ordered. the Blackened Fish Tacos was not supposed to have guacamole on them but they did. all over poor service on the restaurant part. BBQ Ribs was the only thing they got right.

• 6/3/26Jimmy's Jammin Jambalaya App Trio i arrived 2 minutes before the estimated pick up time and was told it was wrapping up. this turned to three updates of being told almost done. It took 30 minutes after I got there for my order to come out. The staff at the bar told me that they have nothing to do with doordash, they just get used as scapegoats and my food would be ready when its ready. My jumbalya was cold and the chicken dip was missing.
