Birria is delicious and the plate is worth it. Comes with 4 tacos, the consommé, some chips, a lime, and salsa. Shrimp cheese dip is also good, but recommend eating it as a dine in appetizer or reheat if doing takeout. Also love the horchata.

Baja shrimp taco and Baja Fish taco is GIGANTIC! It's on a full size soft flour tortilla and it's deep fried and super good with sauce and cheese and cabbage and wow I couldn't even eat one! I love Amigos, the food is always consistent and good. I get the Tortilla soup a lot as well, it's a top recommendation for sure.

Those Birria Quesa Tacos (FRI,SAT,SUN ONLY) were some of the best taste. Wasn't soggy. The birria sauce was 9/10 the tacos 9.5/10. The saycewas nice and thick not oily and soupy.  I added my own lime juice.  Ive tried other birria Wailuku food truck on market street and it was a 5/10.

Birria tacos, guacamole, carnitas, tamales and the chimichanga are our go to items that are the best. Their rice is one of the best compared to any other on maui. Chips are at times burnt but we still go back and order every week.

The enchilada verde sauce is very spicy.  For the enchilada plate, you get two enchiladas. 

Also, they didnt put any whipped cream on  top of the fried ice cream.  

But I did come early and they did hussle to get my food to me as soon  as possible, which was nice.
