The aged ribeye was to die for! I usually order the grilled salmon, but the lobster fondue is a delightful addition to it

Chicken had a rubbery consistency and an unpleasent odor.  Taste was stale or warmed-over.  Potatoes had a gummy, sticky, pasty consistency and an earthy flavor.  Lemon Cake was mushy and lacked the pucker or zippy brightness expected in lemon desserts.  Least edible meal we've experienced in three years.  Big disappointment.  At $124, very poor quality for cost.  Definitely will consider going anywhere else than Firebirds in the future.

There was no lobster on my salmon according to the picture and it was to small with a little amount of veggies on the side for over $15. I do not feel as though I got my money's worth. Overall it was fresh and delicious.

The steak pasta was a waste of money - the small amount of steak it had was flavorful, but the sauce was so bland with vinegar taste it wasn't worth eating and had to be thrown away

There is a big difference in quality and portion size when you sit in the restaurant versus ordering through Door Dash. I usually order a spinach salad with grilled chicken, but decided against paying almost $30 for a salad with 3 ounces of chicken. So, I ordered the family dinner with chicken fingers, mac and cheese, and Caesar salad. It was supposed to come with dessert, but there was no dessert. The chicken fingers looked like they had been cooked in old oil, and we questioned several of them being cooked enough. The mac and cheese was very dry. The only reason I ordered from here, again, was because my husband is on a cut and wanted a BLT salad with grilled chicken....WHICH THEY FORGOT TO BRING!!! Needless to say, this is the last time I will ever order from this restaurant. Every time I order from here, something is wrong with the order, and this place is waayyy too expensive to have the quality and inconsistency issues that they have been facing for a while now.
