• 7/22/23The Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap was absolutely awesome, unfortunately the Giant Bavarian Pretzel left a lot to be desired. The beer cheese sauce is amazing though.

All of our brisket, pork, chicken and wings are smoked in house with locally grown ragged Hickory wood and lightly dusted with our own Ft. Worth dry rub made at Vance's old hang out were he flung 50 briskets a day. Fact or fiction, "there are more brisket sandwiches served in Texas than Quarter Pounders." We also do it by the Pound for your own Texas backyard party or any occasion.
