• 9/25/24Aman Palace's food is always great, but whoever cooked tonight was absolutely phenomenal. The food was so flavorful, perfect bal and cooked. Seriously, whoever cooked tonight should get a raise. Highest compliments to the chef.

• 2/17/25Garlic Nan was thin and crispy. Vegetable Samosas (2) were a little tough. Dal Makhani had good flavor and warmth.
