Packing was very bad and burger was way worse quality than last time I ordered

The mushroom Swiss burger lacked flavor
The loaded fries were dry and barely had chicken
The zinger fire starter didnt taste like a zinger it was more like a basic chicken patty burger

I want to complain about my chicken zinger burger. It was really bad and not even close to being crispy. The chicken they used was very hard and difficult to bite or chew. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
