the white meat chicken was overcooked. the French fries which are THE BEST were refried a second time. Both chicken and fries ended up in the garbage can. the reason I didn't give Church's Chicken in Lumberton one star was because of the awesome manager.

they never fill the fry bag and expect 10 fries to be enough. no reason for a big bag for a handful of fries.

chicken was dry, old and did not taste great. biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy were the highlight of this meal. kfc is the better option.

It's not their fault it's just the chicken is always greasy and had no flavor, so it's more towards the corporation than anything.
