Had high expectations, while service was fast, I ordered near end of night and my food was careless just rushed. Sandwich had zero of the ordered toppings. Mac and cheese was old and cold, at least pickle was good, sad to spend $30 on underwhelming food.

I asked for light onions and extra mayonnaise because there sandwiches are sometimes too dry. instead I received a dry sandwich with no mayonnaise and a ton of onions. probably 1/2 of an onion on one sandwich, had to remove most of them, reheat the sandwich and add mayonnaise from my fridge.

Some days, it's good, and seems fresh. Today, it was...funky. Like expired meat.

Potbelly has always made the best food thanks to its fresh meat, vegetables and ingredient. You cannot go wrong with Potbelly.

The DoorDasher was fine, but the bag of chips had popped open at the bottom, a while ago apparently, and they were stale. Everything else was great.
