Ours came with candles tiny plates a happy birthday pick and a plastic cake serving utensil.
Outstanding for the price!

• 2/9/22Way too sweet on the sweet baked goods. Chicken was dry and boring. WAY too overpriced. Everything felt like I bought day old products for twice as expensive as most other bakeries.
