Not sure who the manager is or the lady before him but both of them were outstanding and very helpful and the food is amazing thank you both for your cooperation and helping me figure out my issue with DoorDash

I am very sad to write this review. The food I had tonight was horrible. My fries were luke-warm. my burger was stone cold. I had to heat it up in the microwave. not to mention it was drowned in ketchup and mustard. I also asked for not tomatoes or ketchup because I am allergic to tomatoes and any products with tomatoes in it. The bacon on the burger look disgusting. It was nasty a stretched like elastic. I ordered a vanilla shake, plain vanilla with no whip cream. There were large chunks of chocolate in it and there was whip cream on it. This was really disappointed to recieve as I have ordered from this place before and never had any issues. Maybe it was the crew working tonight or something 🤷🏻♀️.

the sprinkle of french fries and the smallest chicken strips was not worth 26.00. got two meals, the toast was bigger than the chicken strips. should have went to zips!

I've order this several times in the past so I know what size the chicken strips are. This order was bad. The size of the strips could have been small nuggets. The toast wasn't the same either. Very disappointed!!!

for as expensive as this was considering we paid 68$ you would think the fries would be warm and not soggy as of they had been sitting for hours. the toast was sponge like and chewy and the the blizzards were wrong they didn't include the extra fudge or extra add ins. so disappointed.
