We use 3 fresh cracked extra large eggs in all of our omelettes.
You won't find our unique, thick cut French Toast anywhere else. We roll all of our French Toast in our custom cinnamon maple egg batter and top it with powdered sugar. All French Toast is served with syrup on the side.
All benedicts are served with hollandaise on the side
All egg breakfasts are served with 2 extra large eggs cooked your way, house potatoes or grits, & white, wheat, or a biscuit.
We make a fresh, from scratch dry mix using whole ingredients only. There are no preservatives, artificial ingredients, or dyes, as you would find in most pre-made, bagged mixes. We do add fresh cracked extra large eggs and buttermilk, for those allergic. Pancakes come in a stack of 4, or a half stack of 2.
