I almost never leave negative reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst wraps I’ve ever been served. The photos make the food look like fresh Mediterranean shawarma with plenty of chicken and vegetables. What I received looked nothing like that. The wrap was mostly burnt flatbread filled with cheese and pickles, with barely any chicken inside. It honestly reminded me of a mini taco bite from 7-11 rather than a shawarma wrap.
I ordered this expecting something fresh and balanced like the photos which show color and nicely presented food items but the portion of actual chicken was minimal and the outside was badly burnt. It felt misleading compared to what’s advertised. Very disappointing experience.

I don't know if it was bad or just not what I consider to be a traditional chicken shawarma wrap. Chicken was bland and not crispy. No veggies inside except pickles. Would not order again
