A true Chattanooga Gem! This evening I had a Steak in a Sack with provolone cheese which is better than a burger any day of the week! The sliced steak is perfectly seasoned, tender and the provolone cheese just takes it to another level. I normally get the onion rings, which are out of this world, but I got the Crinkle Cut Fries today and other restaurants need to take a lesson on how to cook fries for delivery orders as they arrived hot and still crispy, not mushy like most.

Longtime Ankar's customers. My partner's Steak on a Sub was good, but my Side of Hummus was a huge disappointment. This time, the hummus tasted somehow both bland and seasoned very incorrectly, had the texture of mashed banana, and was entirely too oily. The pita I received was harder to chew than a burned bicycle tire. I've had it many other times (not thru DD) and it was a great snack with good hummus and the pita was always fresh. I know it's a relatively cheap item, but I just had surgery and was looking for a small meal of something I enjoyed, and I was thoroughly let down.

chicken was dry on chicken sandwich.tomato was sour tasting. over all those things and missing a drink and potarto salad. $88 a little much for quamity and missing items.

Every time we order from Ankara in Hixson, they are always so great about labeling which sandwhich is mine (GF) and even call to ask what mustard I want or if I know about the upcharge for GF bread. We order from DD a lot and this is the only place who goes the extra mile like this.

steak sub added green peppers. it was awesome. Chef Salad added feta cheese. will definitely order again!
