I don't know ifThe Classic Combo was supposed to come with tortilla chips for the spinach artichoke dip, but, regardless, we didn't get any. The spinach artichoke dip was meh, the quesadillas were ok the fried mozzarella sticks were typical but not getting tortilla chips was pretty bad. I haven't eaten the Sizzlin' Caramel Apple Pie yet, but the portion is pretty tiny.

Through DoorDash, I ordered a grilled chicken Grilled Oriental Chicken Salad to pick up. When I got there I called the number on the Order to Go sign, I gave my name and what I ordered. The girl on the phone said they were just packing it up and would be right out with my order. No problem. About 10-12 minutes pass by and no one has come outside, so I go inside. Nobody was around. A few minutes later a waitress walks by and asks if I have been helped? I showed her my order on my phone and told her that someone had said my order would be out like 15 minutes ago. She got another girl from the kitchen and she said that they were just packing up my order? She brings it out and said that for DoorDash orders, people need to come inside as they are not allowed to go outside. I told her that when I first called when I got there, why was I not told that? She just repeated herself and again, I said that I did not know and again, I was told that my order would be right out. She just looked like a deer caught in the headlights and said to have a nice day....!?!? When I got home, the salad was maybe half the size of what it used to be, with minimal chicken, and the lettuce was already turning brown. The price has definitely gone up! Definitely not worth it and definitely not the first time I have had issues with the people who work at this location.

The oriental chicken salad had a lot of bad lettuce and tasted stale. The sandwich had a butter grilled bread that was soggy. I ordered a side of onion rings for almost $5 and eceived three really small rings and two large ones, lbad value. The french fries were good and tasty and seasoned well. I ordered an extra side of ranch and lid came off in transit and bag was a mess. Very disappointed over priced.

There was almost NO chicken in the chicken quesadilla. Which the nutrition facts on Applebees website says 125g of protein which speculates a large amount of chicken. There was maybe 20g of protein in this quesadilla. Horrible value for almost $20

Asked for no cilantroand tacos had it and no limes. Ordered trit and missing pretzel sticks and 2 beer cheese side. Three-Cheese Chicken Penn, the chicken was not cooked and rubbery. Pasta was good. Reported with photos to Foor Dash and denied assistsince. Will order from Chili's next time!
