Good food, very pricey, and food was not warm, but everything tasted great. Steak was great.

I ordered the 3 cheese Three-Cheese Chicken Penne. There is virtually no Alfredo or any kind of sauce. It tasted like noodles and grilled chicken. Highly disappointed.

I personally called up there and asked for ketchup and Rachel assigned. They said that'll be no problem Jerry they had my name and everything and I think it's funny that I got none of that. I mean it's sitting right here. I can take a picture but it's still delicious. The food is a great quality. I'm just saying the customer service through Applebee's to say that that's disrespectful but it is what it is.

steak was supposed to be medium-well and was burnt and rubbery. wings were raw. won't be ordering again.
