Chicken tenders were tiny pieces of chicken wit a lot of very hard crust. The order had 6 Cherry Turnovers n it. they bagged 2 with 1 Apple Turnover & 4 Chocolate chip cookies. They all went straight to the trash because no one could eat them. The french fries all tasted like OLD, BURNT, oil.

Barely any saurkraut on the Reuben. Buffalo chicken only mediocre. I won't spend this amount of money to be dissatisfied again. Next time I want a Reuben, I'll order McAlisters or go to Shapiro's.

A little disappointed as I ordered onion straws on my sandwich and there were only 3 on it but the Rib Eye sandwich was delicious. Also sad there were no more turnovers but the salted caramel chocolate chip cookies are really good. the jalapeno poppers are always good but they didn't put the bronco sauce for them in the bag.

Mozz sticks had raw batter on the inside. Curly fries were upside down in the bag and half full (even after digging all the fries out from the bottom of the bag). Didn't give us any marinara sauce, ketchup packets (as requested), no straws for our drinks and zero napkins. Total lack of care with our food order. The chicken sandwich was good.

Late the night before thanksgiving Arbys was there for me! Must have been out of Cherry Turnovers bc I got a Reese cookie which was even better! Even wrote sorry:( on the receipt. Sometimes its the little things! :)
