The Ruben is a go to for me. I'm a huge fan of the orange shake that comes out each year as well

We ordered 2 of the same meals. Deluxe burgers and 2 orders of crinkle fries. We understand the food won't be hot, however, we are good Arby's customers and we didn't expect old food which is what we received. The fries were hard as rocks and had no taste. The burgers were so dark and chewy it was unpleasant!. Even the buns you could tell were not fresh. A very disappointing dinner from Arby's.

I love Arby's so at least they got 3 stars. I received 2 double roast beefs instead of 1 double Beef and Cheddar, and 1 Classic Beef 'n Cheddar . My receipt was right, but food wasn't.
Everything else was fine :) I tried to call the store, but no one answered.

Fries were old and hard. Rueben was okay but dry. The Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea.) were mediocre. The strawberry lemonade was the best thing I got.

My fried tasted like they were sitting for sometime. They cold, hard, and the beef n che cheddar. The beef was fine but the cheddar was lacking on my sandwich. I paid almost $20 to be dissatisfied and I am handicap and don't drive so it's not like I can take it back to the store because if I could, I would.
