Waaay too much sauce on the burger Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger!! Otherwise, great burger! Crinkle Fries (Medium) were excellent!! Best fries anywhere!!

The bread of both of our sandwiches was not nearly as soft as it usually is. The ends were tough. Also, the curly fries were worse than ive ever had them. They were hard, some were so over cooked that they were brown and crunchy throughout. Also 95% of the pieces were very very small. Only about 6 small curly fries were in the entire large order. The rest looked mostly like little end pieces. It was not a good experience. The door dasher was good though! Nice, kind, prompt.

We eat here often (twice a month or more) and the food is always good. However, this time, the fry oil needs to be changed or something. Our curly fries and Potato Cakes (2 ea.) both taste like burnt big spray and soot. The fries were also in little bits and pieces as if they were not dropped fresh, but instead they were scraped from the bottom of the fry bin. My wife and I were both unable to finish our meal. highly dissatisfied and still hungry. Will think twice before ordering from here again.

both items tasted microwaved and both were rubbery in texture. usually the food is good there. this time was a complete waste of money

Smokehouse Brisket aaa Half Pound Roast Beef were both delicious, although the fries were so cold but that's what happens when it comes from across town...
