torn bag, fries dumped all over in the bag, sandwich was made sloppy. more meat off the sandwich than on, and more cheese on the wrapper than on the sandwich. the chicken was really dry.

mightve been because I ordered at 10pm but uhh this location had the most terribly sad stale curly fries from the bottom of the heated container that I ever had from Arby's. plus I eat meat once a month so I make sure it's something I really like but the beef was dry and tough and leathery :( first bad experience I've had, tends to be great at every other location I've tried

Honest the roast beef is exactly what you expect for ordering from Arby's but the chicken bacon ranch fries- not that great, the fries were cold, and so was the chicken bites and bacon.

I was so happy to see Arby's fish sandwich on the menu. I wish it would always be on their menu. Best fish sandwich ever.
