Ordered Jamocha shakes and got vanilla. This is the second time this has happened. We called the store to see if we could just come pick up the shakes we ordered and the guy said no because he was the one who made them and knows they're jamocha. They're not. Garbage customer service. The rest of the food is mediocre. Door dasher was great and not at fault.

There is no cheddar on my double beef n cheddar. Rueben was fine but like, how do you forget half of the sandwich ingredients while it's in the name?
