Its hard to find good bbq nowadays , Augies is beyond perfect in every aspect , the marbled Brisket Plate is a MUST perfectly seasoned , perfect Smokey flavor , Beef Rib is arguabley the best in Texas , sides I got were Spanish rice and Mac n cheese they were amazing . Jalapeño Sausage is hard to mess up but augies perfected it

flavor and moisture of brisket was good; mac, corn and green beans as well. however, the BBQ sauce included for a lb of brisket was 2 very tiny salsa sized cups. If this is normal, best to order more or have some extra on hand

2 meat Combo. Nope. Chicken was flavorless and dry. Sausage wasnt even half a link. Sides were decent. Spend your money elsewhere.

I'm very disapointed with what I received... the amount I paid for this dinner is upsetting for only receiving a few small pieces of dry brisket and the ribs were like jerky.
