• 12/6/25Loooved the Amatriciana I had from here a couple of weeks ago---super sad it's not still on the menu; Bacaro is the only restaurant that does Amatriciana right! But honestly, everything I've had from here has been awesome.

• 11/7/25Crispy chicken with beans, red sauce, and noodles used to be my go-to, but I tried the Rigatoni with Veal Bolognese this time and it was SPECTACULAR. Best I've ever had, bar none. 10/10, no notes!

• 11/23/23Baked Gratin of Pasta with Pumpkin and Smoked Pancetta is fantastic, have gotten it multiple times. The Pan-Roasted Broccoli Rabe was inedible due to its bitterness.
