Stopped ordering from this location few years back because order was always wrong and/or 1/2 cooked. Could not find any recent reviews but last few 2024 reviews indicated they had improved. Was craving Back Yard was took a risk. Glad I did!!! Order was correct and delicious!!!!

Ordered specific with cheese added and bacon for a charge. No mayo, no tomato, chicken so hard it can't be eaten, and pieces of bacon for the charge is unacceptable

I have ate at Backyard Burger my whole life. I don't know why but this burger is disgusting. It's very salty and doesn't taste fresh at all. My lettuce was mush in the sandwich. My fries were not cooked all the way. This was a horrible experience.

Food was cold fries were soggy and the burger was poorly made, the lettuce and tomato were old and very small compared to the burger. Very disappointed

This was the driest 2 patties of meat I've ever tasted. I had to search for the condiments on my burger. The waffle fries were nothing like the waffle fries I remember of years ago. They didn't even put ketchup in the bag. I will never and I do mean NEVER have eat Backyard Burger again.
