I ordered the Half Rack Famous Ribs Dinner and only got three bones and a half rack is 6 bones. The sauce was good but not like the picture. The picture shows a traditional sauce and this sauce had a yellow complexion like a mustard sauce. They were basically fall off the bone as advertised. For my sides I ordered baked sweet potatoes and potato salad. I received yams and apples which is also an option instead of baked sweet potatoes. I also ordered a large collard greens which had red pepper flakes in them and I don't like spicy food at all. The sweetness of the apples helped with the spicy flavor. And the potato salad was okay. Not sure if I would order from them again. I hope to talk with them and find out what happened. My advice would be to call them directly before you order.

The flavor of the ribs is good, it seems like they are way too fatty and slightly undercooked so they were nearly inedible except for a thin layer directly under the glaze. decent greens and mac and cheese but the mac is watery and the greens have quite the kick. The cornbread was the best part. good price though!

The rib I had was tough and had yellow stuff in the middle of the rib itself, not on top and not on the bottom. In the meat
I've never saw a chicken breast that looked like the 1 I had fried or otherwise. It was saturated with wetness whatever it was, grease and undercooked juice. Chicken breast are bulky, not flat plus the meat is white, not gray.
Red beans and rice.... I opened it and immediately closed it. The rice and the beans were flooded out. The rice was tiny as if not full cooked.

the only thing that had any flavor was the yams and apples. The ribs were fatty,greasy and flavorless had some sort of liquid on them, like greasy pan juices

The chicken and rib wasn as pictured. They were covered in a sauce (very goopy and messy) and the baked sweet potatoes was actually like a mix of sweet potatoes and other things in like a tangy sauce (not baked)
