Placed an order in advance at 4:00 to arrive at 6:00-6:20. By 6:20 I called bad dog and was told oh sorry the kitchen didn't see your order. The order arrived at 6:55. Food was still great but missing an order that was 120$ and just an oh sorry do you still want it or should we cxl it.

Buffalo wings were dry and flavorless.
Poutine had the same problem. 0 flavor in gravy.
fiesta bold poppers...were absolutely the best part of the meal.

Didn't get my rootbeer!!! And the order was nearly 1hr late! For $4.80 for the rootbeer I would have expected better.
