• 5/25/26Was famished, and decided to check this place out. It had been a while since I had a cheesesteak. This thing hit on all levels. A really good size; perfectly cheesy with nice, crisp white onions. The sesame seed roll was great too. No complaints. I was very satisfied.

• 8/24/25The best tasting cheesesteak The Balboa ever! The Chicken Cheesesteak was pretty good but The Balboa is it! Fresh and large portions! The Cheese Fries could have been a bit more cheesier but if you're looking to share, purchase one because they give you an enormous amount of fries! It's wonderful lol! We will always purchase from here! If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, do it!
