• 10/22/25The description states that the burger has caramelized onions, mayo, mustard, cheese, and ketchup on it, so I assumed that those were the normal toppings and I was meant to add additional toppings using the menu, since that is their intended purpose. That is not what happened. Instead, I got only the toppings selected in the add item menus, with nothing else on the burger. This makes no sense, plus they charge extra per topping, so the price advertised is just misleading. I paid $26 for a very boring burger and a pretty decent portion of fries as a result. The quality of what's here is decent, at least, but the way they sell it is just asinine.

• 5/12/25FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They want you to pay $1-5 per advertised topping, which would have made this a nearly $50 sandwich. They gave me a gluten bun, which I told them I'm allergic to. I spent extra for a gluten free bun. Bad quality food. Spare your self and your money!!!
