They went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate me and I have Celiac and a soy allergy. Soy is an incredibly difficult allergy for sushi restaurants to manage but Bamboo went through every ingredient to ensure I would not get sick and helped me make a custom order so I was safe and satisfied. I mean... WOW. The food is delicious and the customer service is ABSOLUTELY worth the price. 10/10!!!

Food tasted great but the portion sizes were a bit ridiculous for price. $25 (+ tax + tip) roll was about half the size as what you'd get at Momiji.

overall everything had a very confused taste. the tempura was overly sweet. the sushi was made with ingredients and spices that took away from fish instead of complimenting it.
