So fire, Bar Italia showing out. They have nailed the Shrimp "Aqua Pazza" Scampi which is just the right amount of indulgent to kick a meal off.
Crispy Chicken Limone and Veal Marsala, love the green accompaniments for the mains which bring balance and freshness.

Really disappointing DoorDash experience. The food from Bar Italia is usually good in the restaurant, but the portions through DoorDash were wildly small compared to what you receive when dining in. It’s already more expensive to order through DoorDash, so it’s frustrating to pay extra and then receive noticeably less food. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering Bar Italia for delivery unless they fix the portion sizes.
Pay attention to the salad size. This is a DINNER sized salad. The shrimp aqua pazza had maybe 6-7 shrimp in it.

Honestly just not a fan - it's not like the food was bad quality but these dishes are not for everyone. The Vodka And Sausage pizza came with no damn cheese (NO CHEESE?!) and the onions were literally WHOLE goofball sized onion chunks. The sausage was so sparse. The Short Rib Garganelli was short on short ribs and HEAVYYYY on mushrooms. I love the ingredients in both of these dishes but they skimp on the meat so hard and have more onion and mushroom than anything. Not only is that just cheap, it ruins the flavor profile of the dish too. Who thinks that's okay? Anyways that's my review. Not worth the money to DoorDash it. Maybe its better if you go in person and sit at the bar and split a meal on a date

Always fresh and very tasty. Portion sizes are good and there's always leftovers. The House-Made "Italia” Wedding Soup is delicious as is the fresh Grilled Country Bread. Spicy Vodka Rigate was good except it was too dry and could have used more sauce. Spicy Broccolini is another favorite and extremely flavorful. Let's no forget the key Chef Rob's Key Lime Pie is probably one of the best I've had anywhere.

First time trying them. My rating does take into account this was delivered and not at the restaurant. Housemade Lasagna was dry and overcooked, not much cheese, sauce was heavy and sparse, would not order again. Chopped Bar Italia Chopped Salad was just okay, it needed to be chopped, the greens should have been chopped. It was a basic spring mix with slices of salami and feta?? In an Italian salad? Why not diced fresh mozzarella? There were a few tiny diced pieces of tomato, a few ceci beans, a tiny amount of red onion, and a few sliced up olives, nothing stood out nor was it chopped up nicely as the name would suggest. Caesar Salad, not good, the shaved cheese was waxy and no flavor. We picked it out. The meatball as a side with the salad was small, though moist and flavorful. The salmon we ordered as another addition to the salads was the highlight, cooked perfect rare (as requested) so we could warm it up a bit without drying it out. Bread was good, still warm. Overall, a big miss. The best thing being the add on Salmon you could get anywhere. I would have sent back the lasagna and Caesar at the restaurant and questioned the "chopped" salad. One and done.
