A Complete Disaster
Ordered through DoorDash late at night, expecting a quality meal from what I thought was an upscale establishment. Instead, I received a careless, overpriced mess for $98—borderline criminal.
Bar Louie completely botched my order, forgetting my Chipotle BBQ Tenders and Truffle Fries. The food I did receive was an absolute failure:
Reuben sandwich & burger – Sloppily thrown together, with the burger no thicker than a McDonald's patty.
Reuben – Half the size of what’s pictured on the menu and even sloppier than the burger.
Fries – A sad excuse for a side.
The presentation was atrocious, and the quality was unacceptable. I feel ripped off. This isn’t just a mistake—it’s negligence.
I’ll be stopping by before noon today to return this disgrace and expect my $98 refund in full. I also plan to speak directly with the store manager, ensuring that all staff witness the disaster they served.
3 weeks DD & Rest. Mgr no follow up.

• 6/7/24Side portions are a joke. Pics are of the side salad and coleslaw. Total rip-off. New! Monterey Chicken was delicious and would order again. Blazin' Burger was super spicy, even for someone who likes spicy - totally overpowered the burger so would not order again.

• 6/10/25Beware, You get very little spinach dip in a tiny container. It's barely enough for one person. See pics. Def not worth 15.55 and the taste is very bland. I had to add my own parmesan cheese for flavor. You'd get more food in a kids meal than this portion. Rip off, the menu pic makes it look huge & delicious! It's NOT either one!
