Basin 141 for years had been our go-to for fish and chips. I don't know if the restaurant changed hands or what but the last order was cold, the fries were not crisp.
there's also no longer an option to request the fries to be extra well done. This time the food was warm but the fries and the coating on the fish not only were not crisp but were actually soggy / wet. We had to put them in the air fryer to try to crisp them before starting dinner. Very disappointing.

Arugula & Quinoa Salad with Champagne Dressing was really tasty, but my husband's fish and chips were mostly batter. The batter was also undercooked.

All the food was Salty. Specially the Shaved Street Corn. Too much Sauce it didn't use to be like this.

I'm sorry but the food was not good. The truffle Mac was horrible and the stroganoff was the same.
