We got a large order for a birthday at school. The person working was so patient and every ice cream was what we wanted. The staff here is always very nice, professional and not rushed like other places

We got in the habit of tacking on ridiculous desserts to already ridiculous delivery orders. Getting a Shari's pie or some Heavenly Donuts has been a treat, but this was a disappointment.
The Fresh Pack (12 oz) was okay but cost $8+ for less than a pint. The $8.50 sundae had almost zero ice cream. There were supposed to be two scoops; it had maybe one half scoop all together.
Way overpriced. I would have rather have ordered some Ben and Jerry's or whatever from the convenience store.

It's kinda hit or miss with this store. I get the same thing every time. Most times it's in order and the scoops are acceptable sizes and my toppings are all there. Other times you get smaller scoops and/or the $3 extra worth of toppings are completely left off. This has happened more than once and it's very irritating.

Definitely not as full as the pic shown. I don't know if it is eight dollars worth. It tastes good but they didn't even fill the cup up

being able to choose separate flavors of the 2 prepackaged quarts is a real bonus. First time getting the 3 scoop sundae. totally worth the cost.
