Ice cream tastes good but the serving is disappointing. This is what a $10+ sundae looks like. Not worth the price. It doesn't come close to the one in their advertising picture.

I tried calling three times before leaving a review.
I just got my order and I got the banana split with everything but the fudge. As you can see from my receipt, it's not something I forgot to ask for.
Yes, it is a minor thing but I did pay for it and I waited an hour thinking I'd get what I ordered...
I really don't know how else to handle something like this because as I said, I did call 3 times and the phone just rang.

ordered a Brownie Sundae with gold metal ribbon ice-cream with hot fudge and cherry. I was never contacted to be informed that they did not have the ice cream I ordered and the cherry is completely missing. when arrived at the established was informed that I didn't order from there. several minutes later they found the order. highly suggest just going there and ordering.
