I ordered peanut butter blossom and peanut butter chocolate. He ordered very, very strawberry and strawberry cheesecake. And we both ordered dipped waffle cones. Everything came to the door in perfect condition and looks amazing. Thank you. I'm looking forward to my treat in a couple hours. Yum, I love 31 flavors baskin Robbins, you rock.

I ordered a quart of ice cream for delivery through DoorDash for an anniversary treat.
Imagine my disappointment when the "hand-packed" container was only about 3/4 due to pockets of empty space. I measured the amount received and it was only 3 cups of product. When I was in school a quart equaled 4 cups.
I tried to call the location this morning and afternoon but received no response.
I am not sure if the employee decided that because it was purchased for delivery that no one would ever notice the discrepancy but it was a huge disappointment.
I just feel customers should be aware that this could happen to them if they place the same type of order.

The banana split was delicious, of course, but they could have put the order in a more appropriate size bag. The splits were open and spilling out all over the bag. The driver couldn't have done anything to prevent this from happening. The bag was WAY too small for our order. Do better.
