I order three frequently, but they are giving smaller and smaller portions. This time (see attached pic) the whole thing is barely over half full. Totally not worth the price and I will reevaluate whether I add-on order from them again.

It's not the flavor but how I requested Freash pack and you gave me the butter pecan pre pack which is cheaper and not fresh.

Ice cream came like water. The chocolate chip wasn't melted but the cone was missing. The dasher seemed as if he was coming on time yet took around 10-15 minutes in canes due to that im assuming thats why the ice cream melted

I ordered two scoops. I received two of the smallest scoops in my entire life. Both were the size of half scoops. #so disappointed
