Wow, just 2 big tablespoons of ice cream, for a $12, 2 scoop Sundae. Not worth the money :-(

Even though it was a double scoop, the portions were so small for the price. That will teach me a lesson.

We ordered 2 sundaes and only received 1 because the store said out of stock on the second one. They should substitute. I normally don't complain but every time I order Baskin Robbins it's always issues and we are just trying to get some ice cream.

This is not the first, I'm sure it's not the last. I haven't received a correct order from them consistently. I typically don't leave negative reviews, but when I order something, I would assume I would receive what I ordered. Ordered a brownie sundae, got two scoops of the wrong and a brownie... that's it. None of the toppings I ordered. I ordered a cappuccino blast, it was coffee mix and ice, no ice cream. I'd just like some proper communication or consistency when ordering from here.
