My cappy didn't taste like Oreo or have any whipped cream , I've ordered it before and it had whipped cream w Oreos on top

Pretty much just milk & 3/4 of the way filled. It's hard to make chocolate taste watered down or in this case milked down but it happened

This store never starts an order until the dasher arrives. On the app, I watch as the store accepts the order. Then everytime i watch as nothing happens until the dasher arrives at the store and I hear they just started making the order. Very disappointing as both a customer and dasher.
