Honey garlic goodness, you can clearly see the honey stickiness in the coating when you pull apart each piece, the skin is soft BUT has that crunch, the skin was not greasy and does not feel like you consumed a pot of grease when you finish. The pickled radish was small thick cubes has a nice hearty crunch. I have to mention my Door Dash driver was very polite and considerate. He knocked first when he started to unload when I opened the door he started to hand off the bags to me instead of placing them on the concrete porch. What a considerate guy ! thanks
