This store is consistently GREAT! They get my order exact, well packaged and incredible (to my shame) almost every morning. It is a bit on the busy side and i see folks getting frustrated by the wait . However, I swear it is always worth a few extra minutes. I have seen the manager in action and She really demonstrates the leadership skills we need more of today.

not packaged well at all. no cup holder, no straws, nothing covering opening in coffee. burrito was disgusting, got thrown away. need a better way to package for delivery. we love beans & brew usually

the coffee was delicious and so was the sandwich , but most of the cup was filled with ice and not enough coffee. also no straw.

The croissant was cut in half and dried out. The bagel was 1/4 wet and has to be thrown out. The latte was perfect.

The food was terrible. My burrito was cold and I'd almost say still half frozen. The waffle hashbrown thing was inedible. And the regular coffee was barely adequate. Along with the froze caramel drink they recommended.
