This is easily in the top 3 Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches in Philadelphia with Nods to DiNics and the roast beef sandwich at John's Roat Pork, and moreover, The Beef Boss fries are crinkle cut and they arrived crisp and still warm, that is to say, they weren't steamed and soggy as takeout fries usually are. Get the Italiano version with Broccoli Rabe and either sharp or mild provolone (and as much as I love Extra sharp provolone as a cheese, I think it's a distraction from good meat.

The roast beef sandwiches are hands down the best in the city so tender and flavorful and the combo comes with perfectly cooked crispy fries so don't sleep on beef boss.

When I say that this was the best roast beef I've ever had!!! No exaggeration!!!! They are more than generous with the size. On a fresh Kaiser roll with broccoli rabe!!!! And we cannot forget to mention the best crinkle fries as a side!!! Delicious!!!! They have me as a permanent customer!!! I didn't even get to take a photo........ #BeefBoss

The roast beef sandwich really earns its place as the star of the show! Maybe the best I've had in Philly? I recommend the horseradish with it!
The fries might be a little small for the price, but they were well seasoned and nice and crispy!
